Handmade & Homegrown

From 6 – 10 PM on August 28, 2011 the Clay Studio of Missoula will host “Handmade & Homegrown,” a fund-raising dinner in support of the Clay Studio of Missoula, and in celebration of the rich local, organic, and homegrown food and wine available right here in the greater Missoula area.

The dinner will be held outdoors in the beautiful Rattlesnake Valley, at Ten Spoon Vineyard & Winery. Local chef Paige McBride of Riversong Catering will serve an appetizing organic dinner prepared with locally grown produce supplied by Lifeline Farms, while the Clay Studio of Missoula’s talented ceramic artists will provide guests with handmade dinnerware. Locally crafted beer and wine will be served with live music accompaniment provided by Ellie Nuno with Two Cats and a Fiddle.

Tickets to this celebration of “the locally thrown & locally grown” are $100 per person. Funds raised by the event will support studio operations for the coming year, helping the Clay Studio to fulfill its mission of continuing to provide the local community with affordable access to high-quality ceramic art, instruction, and studio facilities.
