Fall Wood Fire -  Firing Only
Ideal for those with their own studio planning to produce work specifically for the firing– must have prior firing experience. Limited spots available!!!

Kiln loading: November 3-5, week long firing to proceed immediately after

Ideal for those with their own studio or place to make work – you must have prior wood firing experience. Participants will be expected to spend some weekend time at the wood kiln helping to prepare for firings by splitting and stacking wood and will take an active role in working at least 3 firing shifts in teams.
 
 
We ask that students comply with all of our health and safety guidelines. A student waiver will be issued during the first kiln meeting with the most up-to-date guidance. 
 
FIRING ONLY OPTION CANCELATION POLICY
The Firing Only option often fills up quickly! But no matter how long the wait list is, it is difficult to fill a canceled spot if it is too close to the firing, simply because waitlisted folks no longer have adequate time to make work for the firing! 
 
The cancelation policy for Firing Only is as follows:
- ​Participants may cancel and request a full refund, less an administrative fee of $25, up to 28 days before the loading. 
- No refunds or credits can be issued for cancelations made less than 28 days before loading. However, you are welcome to have another experienced wood firing participant take over your spot, with the wood fire resident's approval.
